2. How successful have you been in meeting each of those goals?
3. What do you see as the key problem areas?
4. What would you say would be the top three issues to address in the next six months?
5. What is your long term strategy for this business?
6. Do you have an Advisory Board or Advisors you see with any regularity? If yes, how effective have they been for you?
